My Newest Disney Dreams Image: Can You Guess What It Is?

The announcement of my newest Disney Dreams image will be taking place later this week and I’m very excited to unveil it. It’s based on an old favorite of mine and one that I’m sure will touch the hearts of Disney fans throughout the world.

My Disney Dreams Collection is a celebration of great moments from Walt Disney Films, many of which I first saw as a young child. Then, many years later, I was able to share these wonderful stories and films with my children, passing them on from one generation to another like so many parents have done.

So far, I have done four Disney images, including Pinocchio Wishes Upon A Star, Snow White Discovers the Cottage as the first of my Disney Dreams Collection; and then A New Day at the Cinderella Castle and Disneyland 50th Anniversary.

For my painting Pinocchio Wishes Upon A Star we see Pinocchio upon a hillside overlooking the setting of his adventures. We see Honest John and Geppetto's workshop where Pinocchio was formed. On the right we see Pleasure Island and Monstro the whale preparing to engulf Geppetto's sailing vessel. Butterflies and sparkles lend magical accents as the Blue Fairy and Jiminy Cricket look on.

My prayer is that my Disney Dreams Collection will make dreams come true for all who see these enchanted paintings.

What is my newest Disney Dreams painting? Look here tomorrow for my first hint…

I would think that Bambi in the forest with all his friends would make a lovely Thomas Kinkade painting. Lots of lovely lighting work can be done with forest scenery. But I can't wait until tomorrow!

The Placerville Gallery has Peter Pan already on its website. It is a beautiful painting, but in all these Disney pieces, Thom does not show the characters' faces! Why is that?

Love the paintings. I just purchased a few today. The Fox and the Hound and Lady and the Tramp were my favorites as a child.
