I just watched it and it was a great movie. As an owner of a TK painting and also the single mother of a little boy, I was really happy to see this movie and know more about the painter.

Tom, what a beautiful movie!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing it and learning a little bit more about you and how you were inspired to become the wonderful artist you are. We love you even more now!! It was like seeing the past of an old and dear friend. We wish you and Nanette and the girls a very, very happy Christmas -- your movie certainly contributed to ours!!
I hope you see this; we want you to know how special the movie was for us.

Great movie. I just finished watching it. Peter O'Toole was amazing. At the end of the movie there is a painting of the last leaf. Who is the artist of this painting? Was it Glenn?

Such an amazing movie! I really loved it and cried in a lot of parts. I live very close to Placerville, (south lake tahoe) and will never quite look at the town in the same way again.

I enjoyed watching the cozy movie. Watched it twice. Loved it. Wish you would consider creating a series of shows or movies to bring some of your paintings out to life.

MR. KINKADE- I am thirteen years old. I didn't know about you before I saw the movie the other night. I love your paintings. You are an excellent artist. I wish I was as good as you. You have now inspired me. I really love your painting "Make a Wish Cottage". It is my screen saver on my computer. I love it so much. I have asked my mom and dad for your book "The Artist Guide to Sketching" for Christmas. God Bless You and your family. Keep up the paintings and good work.

Thom, my wife and I watched the film last night. I rented it from Netflix as I missed the Lifetime showing. I cannot tell you how deeply it moved us. Last month I was laid off from work, and it looks like we will have to lose our home. But we realize that we still have each other, and our love - God's Light, if you will - so it really helped us shore up our faith that we will get through this.

The day after I got laid off, in fact, I took my wife to your gallery in Moorestown, NJ, and we purchased a small copy of one of her favorites, "Perseverance". The image of the little sailboat clearing the storm has never resonated more deeply.

Thank you for your vision, your talent, and your faith. You are simply amazing!

Awesome movie, "The Christmas Cottage." Legendary performance by Peter Otoole for sure. Glen must've been quite a mentor. Our family watched your movie twice on Lifetime tv over the holy days. Thanks for leaving the LIGHT on for us! Maybe someday you can come and speak at our church? Not sure you're available for that kind of "light work?"

We own two of your pieces -- "Pools of Serenity" and "Victorian Light." two of our most reasured investments.

ALL JOY TO YOUR WORLD.

I do not have Lifetime Channel but did rent this movie and the family watched in on Christmas Day. I have always been impressed by who you are as a person along with being an artist and this movie just brought it all together. Merry Christmas and thank you!

I absolutely loved the movie. The timing of it's release is so synchronistic with the challenges faced by our family after losing my son in a car accident. Would love to get your address to send you a copy of my new book from Voyages Press, Inc. entitled The Free Bird Flies:Choosing Life After Loss. In it I share the story of the role your Stairway to Paradise painting played in our lives when we lost our twenty one year old son in a car accident three years ago. The story will surprise and hopefully let you know what a special artist you are. The book has only been released for sale online at this time to be in the bookstores end of first quarter next year. However, after seeing the movie, I feel strongly that you will be so grateful for the unexpected gift of your work to a grieving family. However it may be appropriate, please go to www.thefreebirdflies.com, call the publisher and I will send you a complimentary copy of the book. Just trying to think of a way we can securely contact one another to share this Divinely directed experience. Thank you for your art which in ways you may never know or realize, has truly blessed our family. Happy Holidays and Blessed New Year.

Mr. Kinade,
I taped Christmas Cottage, and just watched it tonight for the first time. What a wonderful, warm and inspirational film for families to watch!
I'd be interested in learning one day how closely the movie matches to your ealry days as an artist.

The end stands out in my mind when Glen tells young Thom to paint the light. In this dark world we live in, everyone needs light. Light warms the heart to let love in; light shines in dark places and the light reflected in your paintings always brings me back to The Light, Jesus!

Bless you and your family always! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
